Macquarium Drives Brand Building for Home Depot Racing

THE CHALLENGE: Create Brand Awareness and Drive Retail Traffic
The Home Depot's sponsorship relationship with NASCAR allows the company to attract NASCAR's brand loyal racing fans to both the retail stores and online destinations. To maximize the sponsorship, The Home Depot wanted a new promotional Web site that would provide a solid platform for their core fans and employees.

THE SOLUTION: An Online Experience that's an Extension of the On-Track Experience

After successfully building the first racing Web site in 2004, Macquarium was commissioned to build the next generation online experience for the Home Depot Racing Team. With the racing season quickly approaching, Macquarium was challenged to develop a redesigned site within a compressed timeframe of five weeks. We responded with a collaborative, cross-functional team effort to meet this deadline and developed an online racing resource like no other in the NASCAR industry.
