Interactive Designer

Position Summary - Description

The Interactive Designer is one of the members of the Design Team, and part of the Delivery Group. Their primary role is to lead the creative process and to maintain excellence in the creation of innovative and effective designs for online business and marketing solutions.

Requirements

Demonstrates outstanding creativity and excellent design skills
Displays leadership on projects and ensures quality of team deliverables
Effective communicator, able to present design concepts to clients and team members
Experienced working on multiple projects with minimal supervision
Able to manage time effectively and meet tight deadlines
Proactively promotes excellence within department and supports established best practices
Committed to research/training to remain on cutting edge of solutions/ technology
Adopts current online trends and encourages interactive innovation with the team
Comfortable being consulted for client-related issues by those less senior
Enjoys mentoring, developing skills and guiding Associate Designers
Capable of fully understanding and communicating Company’s offerings

Qualifications

Online portfolio with web design samples
Corporate project experience
Interactive web design experience
Interactive application knowledge
Understanding of a wide range of technologies and offerings
